Develop comprehensive plans for office interiors that balance functionality and aesthetics, including concept planning, design, and detailing.

Select high-quality materials and fixtures while negotiating competitive pricing from vendors to ensure project success.

Work closely with the estimation team to scrutinize the bill of quantities and ensure the project is within budget.

Create detailed drawings, floor plans, false ceiling plans, flooring plans, partition plans, and more to facilitate on-site execution of the project.

Coordinate with on-site supervisors, laborers, clients, architectural teams, and MEP teams to ensure an efficient and seamless execution of the project.
